Join the Atheist Community of Austin for a fun summer evening on the water, conversing with like-minded free thinkers. Meet Forest Valkai and other hosts of the The Atheist Experience, Talk Heathen, and The Non-Prophets! They'll  be onboard to mingle and chat throughout the two-hour cruise around Lady Bird Lake. The cruise will pause at the Congress Avenue Bridge at sundown for the emergence of the world's largest urban bat colony.

Boarding begins at 6:30pm and we launch promptly at 7:00!

WHAT TO BRING: The cruise is BYOB/F(ood) and we have made arrangements to provide unlimited non-alcoholic drinks (bottled water, sodas, juices, an assortment of mixers), plus ice, extra ice chests, and supplies like the plastic cups and napkins. There will be a TABC certified bartender to serve guests – you just bring your alcohol of choice and the bartender will be happy to chill/serve as requested. Bring what you like to eat, maybe enough to share pot-luck style with others. 

AND on SUNDAY: If you are in town on Sunday, please consider joining us in the LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE at the ACA Freethought Library for live broadcasts of The Atheist Experience and Talk Heathen. First up is Talk Heathen (1-2:30 pm) followed by The Atheist Experience (4:30-6 pm) and you are invited to stay for both or either or simply stop by to reconnect with everyone! Doors open at noon, and parking is "where you can find a legal spot" after the lot is full. All live shows at the Library are always free to attend! Please RSVP here so we can be sure to have sufficient snacks and seats for this time as well!
