Does anyone know of an alcoholics support group in Austin that is atheist or secular. A friend of mine needs the help from the AA meetings, but is discouraged because they're full of prayer and God talk.

There is at least one group, Secular Sobriety. (http://www.secularsobriety.org/). I don't know whether they have an Austin chapter. There is definitely a need for such a group.
